Overseas patient advisors
Your first point of contact in your region. They listen, explain the process, and help you prepare the right information.
SinoMedBridge is an international medical coordination company. We help patients, families, and referring physicians navigate Chinese hospitals with clarity, discretion, and a single point of contact.
A hospital campus in Beijing. SinoMedBridge coordinates access; the treating hospital provides care.
China has some of the world's largest and most experienced hospitals. But the system can be hard to navigate from abroad: language, records, appointments, visas, and unfamiliar processes. We built SinoMedBridge to close that gap.
Our role is not to practice medicine. It is to make sure the right clinical question reaches the right team — and that you understand the plan, the cost, and the next step before you travel.
We are not a hospital, clinic, or insurer. We do not provide medical care. We coordinate access to licensed physicians and hospitals, and we manage the practical details around your care.
Cross-border care is built on trust. These are the standards we hold ourselves to — especially when the answer is not what a patient hoped to hear.
You see the plan, the timeline, and the costs before you decide. No pressure, no hidden fees.
We do not practice medicine or second-guess the treating team. We make sure your case reaches the right specialists.
One person knows your case, your family, and your schedule — from the first call to the follow-up.
Language, food, family roles, and expectations matter. We plan for the human side of care, not just the medical side.
Our network includes overseas service centers and partners, plus our coordination team in Beijing. That means someone who understands your time zone, language, and local referral pathway.
Service centers are part of our international patient network. Local contact details are shared during onboarding.
Every case is handled by a small team with clear responsibilities. You always know who is doing what.
Your first point of contact in your region. They listen, explain the process, and help you prepare the right information.
They organize and translate records, prepare the clinical summary, and interpret during appointments and discharge.
They manage hospital appointments, arrival, admission, and the practical details on the ground in Beijing and Shanghai.
For patients who need ongoing support, we offer annual membership plans. For employers, insurers, and overseas clinics, we design executive health and international patient programs. Ask for a program overview tailored to your needs.
If China is not the right fit, we will say so. If a local option is safer, we will say that too. The goal is the right decision, not a booked trip.
No obligation. We will tell you honestly if China is not the right fit.
