International medical coordination

Medical care in China for international patients.

SinoMedBridge connects international patients with leading Chinese hospitals — from medical record review and specialist appointments to arrival, treatment, and follow-up.

For patients, families, and referring physicians worldwide. Every case is reviewed individually; access and treatment decisions rest with the treating hospital.

Why China

Why more patients are choosing China for treatment.

China's leading hospitals see complex cases at high volume, with deep specialist teams and a compact path from diagnosis to treatment. For many international patients, that can mean faster answers and more controllable self-pay costs.

The challenge is not finding a hospital. It is knowing which one fits your diagnosis — and coordinating the records, appointments, language, travel, and follow-up around it.

Time you can act on

For many cases, treatment can start within weeks rather than months — compared with long waits in some public systems. Urgent cases move as fast as the hospital can safely accommodate.

Cost without compromise

For many procedures, self-pay costs in China are significantly lower than comparable US self-pay prices. You receive a written hospital estimate before you commit — no surprise mark-ups.

Access to real depth

National specialty centers and high-volume surgical teams, matched to your diagnosis rather than a default hospital.

Timelines and costs vary by diagnosis, hospital, and course of care. Both are confirmed after clinical review.

Care pathways

Nine specialty pathways. One point of contact.

We start with your diagnosis and goals, then identify the hospitals and specialists best suited to your case. Each pathway is coordinated end to end.

Not sure which pathway fits? Send us your diagnosis and we'll help you find the right starting point.

Medical resources

The right hospital is a clinical decision.

Beijing has some of the world's largest and most specialized hospitals. But the most famous name is not always the right fit. We match by diagnosis, case volume, international patient experience, and the practical details of your stay.

Tier 1

International-ready hospitals

United Family, Peking University International, New Century International — familiar environments, English-language services, and streamlined scheduling for standard care and screening.

Tier 2

National specialty centers

PUMCH, Fuwai, Tiantan, Jishuitan, PKU Third, PKU Cancer, 301 — deep specialist teams for complex surgery, second opinions, and advanced disease.

Representative institutions. Access is subject to case review and hospital acceptance.

The SinoMedBridge difference

The medicine is the reason you come. The coordination is why it works.

Chinese hospitals can be fast and excellent, but the system is unfamiliar from abroad. We handle the language, records, appointments, and logistics — so you can focus on the decision and the care.

Medical record preparation

We organize, translate, and summarize your records in the format Chinese hospitals expect.

Specialist matching

We identify the departments and physicians whose experience fits your diagnosis.

On-the-ground support

Airport pickup, interpretation, hospital accompaniment, and a single point of contact.

Aftercare

English discharge summaries, medication guidance, and follow-up with your local doctor.

Case examples

Real journeys, not marketing promises.

Three representative cases from our service team — a hip replacement, a preventive MRI, and a complex pelvic reconstruction.

8 months → 1 month

“I was told the wait would be at least eight months. SinoMedBridge had me in Beijing in three weeks, and I was walking without pain a month later.”

3 days

“I wanted a preventive MRI without a long wait. Everything — scan, English report, and follow-up — was arranged in three days.”

3D-printed

“They rebuilt my pelvis with a custom implant at Jishuitan. I left with a plan — and a way to walk again.”

Questions, answered

What patients ask before reaching out.

Is SinoMedBridge a hospital?
No. We are an international medical coordination company. We help you access licensed hospitals and physicians, and we manage the practical details around your care. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most cases can start treatment within 2–4 weeks after records are ready. Urgent cases may move faster; complex cases or popular specialists may take longer. We confirm a realistic timeline after reviewing your records.
How much does it cost?
Hospital fees depend on your diagnosis, procedure, and length of stay. As a reference, many self-pay surgical cases in Beijing are significantly lower than comparable US costs. We provide a written hospital estimate after clinical review. Our coordination fee is quoted separately and approved before we proceed.
Do the doctors speak English?
Many international departments and senior specialists do. For public hospitals, we provide professional interpretation and translate key reports and discharge summaries.
Can you help with a medical visa?
We coordinate the hospital's invitation letter where available and provide guidance on the application. Visa decisions are made by the embassy or consulate, not by SinoMedBridge.
Is my data safe?
We collect only what is needed to review your case. Records are shared with the treating hospital only after you consent. We do not sell patient data. See our privacy and medical disclaimer.
What if China is not the right fit?
We will tell you. If your case is not suitable for travel, or if a local option is safer, we will say so and suggest an alternative.
